Imanari, 42, owns a 36-18-2 career mark that includes 25 victories by way of submission. The Tokyo native is most known for his leglocks but also is credited with techniques such as the Imanari roll and the Imanari choke. “Ashikan Judan” is coming off back-to-back losses against Dae Hwan Kim and Yusup Saadulaev under the One Championship banner.
With a 3-1 career mark, Singapore’s Rahman brings far less experience to the matchup. The Evolve MMA representative has made all four of his pro appearances under the One banner, including a first-round tapout of Tang De Pan in his most recent outing on May 12.
